Yes ! Wear the sleeve on whichever knee you want.

Can I wear a Knee Sleeve as an Elbow Sleeve

Yes ! The same benefits apply, but we recommend buying a smaller size if you plan on using it for your elbow.

How do you wash these ?

Please cold machine wash and let air dry.
